Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust Leading Project to Shape NHS Menopause Support in East of England

Are you a nurse or midwife working in health and social care? You can help shape the future of menopause support in the workplace.

We want to talk to nurses and midwives who have lived experience of menopause for BOOST, a project aiming to understand how menopause support is experienced in health and social care organisations in the East of England.

The project will be used to inform best practice and shape a large research project in 2026.

What will taking part involve?

You will be invited to join a 60-minute online stakeholder discussion group with other healthcare professionals. The session will explore:

• Your experiences of managing menopause symptoms at work
• The support you receive from your organisation
• What works well and what can be improved

Stakeholder group dates

November 19th and 24th (6:00pm – 7:00pm)

November 20th (12:30pm – 1:30pm)

All data will be anonymised and treated confidentially. You will receive a £25 voucher as a thank you for taking part in the stakeholder groups.
