Norfolk County Council encourages residents to 'step up' to their 30-day Health Challenge with Ready to Change

Norfolk County Council is encouraging residents to make more positive steps towards their health goals using real behavioural change science with its free online tool, called Ready to Change.

Ready to Change focuses on short, 30-day periods that can make it easier to achieve users health goals by breaking down the goal journey into smaller, more manageable steps, allowing the user to build momentum for lasting change.

The tool offers five challenges for users to try:

• Eat Healthily
• Healthy Weight
• Be More Active
• Quit Smoking
• Drink Less Alcohol

Visit the Ready to Change website and choose your health challenge from the list above. You can sign up for free expert advice and support by email over the following 30 days.
