Just One More Thing... a brief on what to expect at the Point-of-Care 3D Printing Workshop this Monday

We are looking forward to welcoming you on Monday for the Point-of-Care 3D Printing Workshop on Monday 23rd June.
We have a few things to mention to you, so you can enjoy the full day being fully prepared of what's in store.
Arrival and registration
Registration is from 09:30am. There will be tea and coffee refreshments provided so please feel free to help yourself. During the registration, if you have not already done so, please provide your email address, as during the workshop you will be provided with a link by Materialise to access their software, which is stored on the cloud. The event organisers can then send these out in a mass email to ensure you all receive this smoothly.

10:00am - 10:05am: Welcome and introductions
10:05am - 10:25am: Morning talk with our sponsor

There will also be printed copies of the program in limited capacity.

Breaks
Tea and cofee refreshments will be provided throughout the day, as well as a buffet style lunch in the afternoon.
Photography
Photography will be taking place through the entire day of the workshop. If you have any concerns or wish to be exempt from this, please speak to a member of the UEA Health and Social Care Partners team, who will make a note of this and will ensure that we are taking steps to ensure your privacy.
Parking
If you have arrived by car and are charged for parking, please keep your receipt and speak to a member of the UEA Health and Social Care Partners team.
Equipment
For the hands-on workshop after lunch, we ask that you bring your laptop/MacBook, a mouse, and your charging cables. The software being used can be power intensive and has the potential to drain battery life quickly. We will have plug sockets available for those who need to charge their devices.
