Women’s Health: A Healthwatch Essex seminar series

Join Healthwatch Essex for a seminar series, as they share their latest research project and hear from an exciting range of guest speakers on women's health.
They will be celebrating their new project exploring women's experiences of living with multiple long-term conditions. They invite you to four of three of their online seminars featuring a range of guest speakers whose work highlights the influences shaping women's health and the management of long-term conditions.

This series aims to encourage you to think more broadly about women's health. Healthwatch Essex invites everyone with a passion for women's health and tackling inequalities to attend.
The seminar showcases the excellent Dr Katherine Deane, who will be sharing her work on how individuals can maximise their wellbeing using medication adherence.
In the following seminar, we will hear from the inspiring Dr Greer Murphy, who shares her passion for health justice and how austerity affects the health and everyday life of mothers.
Finally, Healthwatch Essex’s own Lorna Orriss-Dib will wrap up the series and share their latest research on women’s experiences of living with multiple long-term conditions.
We encourage anyone with an interest in health inequalities and women’s health to attend, whether you have lived experience, are a carer, professional or community volunteer- All are welcome!
Please note that this seminar series takes place on Microsoft Teams, with the access links to be sent to all registered attendees.
