ImpACT webinar available to watch: Leading Sustainable Change at Scale

The latest webinar from the ImpACT research group’s Reinvigorating Health and Care Systems series is now available to view online.

Hosted by UEA’s Professor Sally Hardy, Dean School of Health Sciences, this was an international webinar with Professors Wendy Cross (Australia) and Andreas Büscher (Germany).

This webinar shares international experiences and lessons from Professor Wendy Cross who outlines critical companionship/reflexive practice work she has been doing with palliative care nurses in Australia over many years exploring the personal, interpersonal and system issues that have emerged. She highlights the effect of COVID-19 on this group and their increased need for critical reflection and role of catharsis in re-invigorating depleted teams.

Professor Andreas Büscher shares the work of the German Network for Quality Development in Nursing, focusing on the methodologies and methods used to develop evidence based standards for the German health services and the challenges this brings.
