Together, we’re empowering the region through opportunity, capability, and applicability
UEA Health and Social Care Partners is a collection of NHS Trusts, charities, public services, and councils that work together to solve the most pressing issues facing our region. The University of East Anglia is the host partner within this coalition.
We support the wider health and social care system as a key partner in the development of a confident and capable research and innovation workforce.

We help to create a fertile ground for sharing and accelerating great ideas, pushing the boundaries for smart thinking, through seed funding research and innovation that is focused on the needs of our communities and will:
- Improve peoples’ health and address health inequalities.
- Embrace technology to support innovation and improvement in health and care services.
- Transform the organisation and delivery of health and care services, and make a difference to workforce, policy and practice.
- Build sustainable, resilient systems of support that meet people’s needs focused on what matters to them.
- Build a confident and skilled workforce that can lead research, improvement and innovation through career development opportunities, fellowship and scholarship schemes.
